Empowering with Intelligence, Shaping the Future through Data. The Mufu Innovation Zone Investment Promotion and Signing Conference was successfully held on May 12 in Ningqi District. The event utilized a combination of online and offline formats to showcase the top-level design of the smart city, application scenarios, and the investment environment of the Mufu Innovation Zone.

Participants included Shan Zhiguang, Director of the Informatization and Industrial Development Department of the National Information Center (via video conference), Yu Jian, Member of the Standing Committee of the Gulou District Party Committee and Deputy District Mayor, as well as leaders from the Gulou District Development and Reform Commission, Investment Promotion Bureau, Financial Bureau, and other relevant departments.Chihealbio participated in the event as a corporate representative.

The event featured multiple segments, including an introduction to the top-level design and application scenarios of the Mufu Innovation Zone's smart city, an investment promotion presentation for the Mufu Innovation Zone and Mufu Innovation Town, a project signing ceremony, and thematic sharing sessions by invited guests.

The Mufu Innovation Zone aims to strongly promote the development of the MAH (Marketing Authorization Holder) system, leveraging the advantages of the central urban area to cultivate a headquarters economy. According to officials, the zone will strengthen external cooperation, clearly define target investors, and focus on attracting pharmaceutical companies with MAH service layouts and MAH application potential.

Plans are in place to establish a cluster of international headquarters economic zones in this economically mature region. Efforts will also be intensified to attract strategic investments from Fortune 500 companies in the life and health industries and China’s top 100 enterprises. By building "benchmark platforms", nurturing "benchmark enterprises", and creating a "benchmark environment", the Mufu Innovation Zone aims to drive comprehensive industrial development and achieve leaps in key areas, creating a demonstrative effect for others to follow.

During the thematic sharing session, invited guests exchanged ideas and shared experiences on the topic "How to Build a Digital Economy Ecosystem for a Smart Mufu". As a corporate representative, Mr. Zhang Zhefeng, Chairman of Nanjing Chiheal Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., delivered a presentation titled "A New Ecosystem for Smart Development of Pharmaceutical Enterprises in the New Policy Environment".

Mr. Zhang highlighted that Nanjing Chiheal Pharmaceutical plans to leverage the resource advantages of Gulou District, such as the concentration of universities and medical institutions, as well as the district's favorable political and service environment. By aligning the company's current development status with the district's focus on life and health development, Chiheal will advance its MAH (Marketing Authorization Holder) initiatives.

Looking ahead, Chiheal Pharmaceutical aims to utilize the industry clustering effect, strengthen cooperation with R&D institutions and manufacturing enterprises, and actively participate in high-tech, high-potential, and high-impact major projects.
