To better summarize our experiences and embrace the future,Chiheal Pharma’s entire team conducted a three-day year-end review.

During the three days of rigorous and enriching review, every employee and department thoroughly reflected on the objectives for 2024. The entire year’s work was comprehensively reviewed, focusing on areas such as optimizing work processes, the scientific and rational design of experimental plans, correcting behavioral actions, communication and collaboration, and enhancing execution.

Each research institute and department, in line with the Group's latest guidance and the company’s management plan, will focus on driving and optimizing various projects. They will continue to explore sustainable research and development processes and mechanisms, while cultivating more outstanding talent. This will further contribute to the future development of both the company and the Group.
